Experience is not necessary. Our team will provide all the guidance you need in handling the equipment you'll use.
Every operator must participate in our orientation on the safe operation of the watercraft. Applicable local and state laws will be covered. It is the responsibility of the operator to listen and understand instructions and request further explanation if he/she has any questions concerning the operation of the jet skis. We will provide you life jackets throughout your experience. We want you to have a safe and enjoyable time on the water.
We encourage you to reserve ahead, however walk-ups are possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee walk-up availability and our customers with reservations take priority.
Once reserved, you will receive a confirmation email and text message. Full payment is required to take and hold reservations.
Each renter's photo ID and credit card must match and will be verified upon check-in.
- 16-year-olds may operate a jet ski solo with a valid photo ID or proof of completing a boater safety course.
- 14 and 15-year-olds may operate a jet ski only if accompanied by an adult (18 or older) onboard.
- The minimum age to ride as a passenger is 5 years old.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present during the rental.
Participants should be physically able to climb back onto the jet ski unassisted if they fall off—this is similar to getting out of a pool without a ladder. If you have concerns about your ability to do this, please reconsider getting on the jet ski or other water activities. Guests are encouraged to assess their physical fitness, medical history, and any past injuries before riding. Those with conditions such as neck, back, or leg injuries, heart issues, asthma, diabetes, or epilepsy should consult a doctor before participating. SCJSR LLC is not liable for any injuries sustained while on the jet skis.
If it’s raining at the time of your rental, there is no cancellation fee, and we’ll do our best to reschedule. If it starts raining during your rental and you don’t get your full time on the water, we’ll prorate your payment based on how long you were out. We do not cancel reservations due to weather forecasts, but if a 70% or higher chance of rain is predicted for the entire day, we may cancel all reservations and will definitely reach out to you if there are any weather changes.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your rental will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% charge. This policy helps us accommodate other customers, as we often sell out. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible—don’t wait until your rental time!
Payment can be made with any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or cash. All credit card transactions are subject to an additional 3% fee. Taxes are an additional 3% of the posted rates and apply to all rentals.
